He was the prodigy of one of the region's award winning photographers and reaped the benefit of fine training from someone considered to be a master of his craft. Now Eddie Nolan has launched his own business and has moved from his former employer's Winterton base to his own premises in Oswald Road, Scunthorpe. He does however, attribute much of his success to his teacher, mentor and friend, Mike Beeby, who sadly died a little more than three years ago. Eddie has invested heavily in the new premises to transform them into a highly fashionable photographer's studio incorporating an viewing room and luxurious reception area, with the comfort of clients very much in mind.

Over the years, Eddie has built up an enviable reputation for his photographic artistry which, he says, reflects Mike Beeby's high level of training. After staying on at the helm of the gallery in Winterton for three years since Mike's untimely death, Eddie felt it was now time to relocate his business in a bid to streamline the services he offers and to add new and exciting dimensions to his photographic skills. "The time has come now for me to move on, progress and grow in the way that Mike would have wanted me to, and I have decided to move into Scunthorpe because not only do most of my clients come from this area, but I live here too and have close ties with many of the other local photographers."

From his new base he will be offering a wedding, portrait and commercial photographic service. Eddie has enlisted the help of his wife Karen in his Scunthorpe venture and as well as being what he affectionately describes as a "Jill of all trades", she will be taking on the role of company Secretary.
